First of all this narration with perfect. Duet style with all the feels and wow the spice. 5/5 spice for sure imo 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶. Roman is a tortured man, ripped away and forced to become the "Beast". A ruthless killer that embraces his primal side. Lucas is all alone, tricked by his terrible step father and sold off. Trauma and kidnapping forces Roman and Lucas together. They bond in captivity and the story unfolds. This is a forced proximity, kidnapping, touch him and die, size differences, primal, mafia and found family. I loved everything about this story and how Lucas instinctly understands Roman, his needs and how to cherish him. the narration for Roman was absolutely perfect!!!!! Bravo!! 👏 👏 👏 👏

Dark and Spicy Duet

Top-notch duet narration with voices made for these characters, and top quality spice in this dark romance. It felt too short for me and I think it's because the spice-to-plot ratio was a little unbalanced towards the former and frankly, I really enjoyed the story and would've taken more of it!

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed this book, but the narrator for Lucas? Absolutely terrible. He makes it so obvious he's reading words off a page, but the narrator for Roman did a great job 👍🏼

I loved this audiobook. This relationship, borne in captivity and then having to exist outside of that. The trauma Roman goes through. The betrayal by his own family. The way he protects Lucas.The way this relationship develops is so beautiful. It is such a beautiful story.. I fall in love with it the more I listen. I keep discovering little things I missed. Sean Masters and Oscar Reyes 👏 👏 👏. Perfection!
