Happy that a friend recommended this author. I love this and the following series. Buy a listen or two for yourself.

I can't remember an audiobook with more stilted conversation or a more wooden performance. It doesn't help that the author has created one-dimensional characters. The narrator is fine when reading what is happening, but the voices she uses for Razor and Beth are just grating.
