Apparently red flags are just decorations at this point because WHAT DID I JUST READ?!

This book was dark, depraved, completely unhinged… and I DEVOURED IT.

There was absolutely no relaxing while reading Red Rabbit. I trusted NO ONE. Every time I thought I had something figured out, another little piece dropped and suddenly I was questioning everything all over again.

And listen… were there moments where a normal person probably would’ve been horrified?
Yes.
Was I?
Also yes.
Did I keep reading like my life depended on it?
ABSOLUTELY.

The danger. The obsession. The morally bankrupt decisions. The I should absolutely not be enjoying this as much as I am energy.

Red Rabbit didn’t just cross the line — it looked at the line, laughed, and kept going.

Unhinged. Addictive. Twisted. Feral.

And can we talk about the AUDIO?! 🎧Phenomenal. The narration brought the entire story to another level. The tension, the darker moments, the emotions—it all hit SO much harder on audio. This is absolutely one of those books where the audiobook adds to the experience.

The plot was intriguing and kept me curious, but I felt the story moved too quickly for me to really connect with the characters emotionally. There was so much potential for deeper character development and emotional depth, especially given the heavy subject matter. I also didn't connect with the writing style or the romantic relationships as much as I hoped I would. Overall, it was an okay read, but I was expecting more.
