Introverted college student Lane Moredock is in a bad place. His mother has been arrested for securities fraud, his father is on the run, and everyone, including the SEC, suspects Lane knows where the missing millions are. The narrator is hilarious

I can see I'm not the only one to notice that the narrator's accent comes through BIG TIME in this story.

But to be honest, it didn't bother me that much. I actually laughed out loud a few different times when he would let out a banger of a "RAAEEEEDY" lol.

Other than a few unconvential pronunciations, the narrator was good. I'm VERY sensitive and have VERY high standards when it comes to readers, and every other part of his narration was perfectly fine with me.

I've read the story before, and I find it captivating. It's probably not for everyone. I love me a poor little meow meow of a male lead who needs rescuing and cries all the time. Sue me, it's my damsel in distress issues. I don't have time to unpack all that, especially when I'm too busy reading this book and trying to take "Acton WAAAEEEENGER" seriously hahahahaha
