Aaron Little has spent most of his life immersed in Christian community in various contexts around the world, doing ministry and missions, or cultivating the art of hospitality at the farm and retreat center that he and his wife Vio managed for nearly a decade. More recently, in consideration of Jesus’ invitation to his disciples and the Apostle Paul, Aaron took the unusual step of embarking on a full three year sabbatical. “Like Jacob on the wrestling mats with God,” he says, “I found my courage and confidence not in the cultivation of my own knowledge or insights or spirituality—but in the Spirit's filling of my weak and empty body completely spent on the mats of spiritual wrestling.” Aaron’s focus has now turned outward in resurrecting the lost paradigms of community, healing, prayer, and discipleship through his development of a campus for a combined Christian community, retreat & healing center, and school of discipleship called Beth Ab. He is also host to the Beth Ab podcast. Aaron’s wife, Vio, immigrated from Eastern Europe, and they have two children, Karis and Nehemiah.
