Adri Sinclair is the Romance Author, responsible for the Second Breath Chronicles. She is also the owner of Barefoot Romance - a tribute to her own marriage and a platform to share her dreamer's insights. She is 40+ years old, love poetry, prose, and of course: romance. Adri's biggest inspiration comes in the form of her life experiences, her husband of 20+ years & daughter, her close family & friends. Adri was born South African, a wild farm-girl with bare feet. She now lives in London, UK with her husband, daughter and 4 cats. "You can take the girl off the farm, but you cannot take the farm out of the girl." Adri's writing is a mixture of fantasy and reality all wrapped up in thrilling emotional bubbles to bring across the intricacies of relationships, love, loyalty and... romance. She refuses to be held back by her limited association to the English language: "When there's a story to tell, who am I to deny it being told. I do not judge other authors on their grammatical skills, or their immaculate command of the English language - I look for a beautiful story that breaks the rules and boundaries of the mundane world. It is my wish for others to be as forgiving of the smallest infringements, because no story is perfect and no amount of perfection can tell the story. I hope those who see the world through the cracks of a broken mirror, will help fit the pieces together instead of cutting others with the sharp edges."
