Adrian Smude has been investing in real estate since he became an accidental landlord in 2002. After 11 years of being a hobby landlord, he discovered his passion for real estate through real estate investing meetings. He co-hosts a high-level mastermind for real estate investors. In 2020 Adrian founded an education company, Lifestyle REI which helps people become successful real estate investors. To spread his lessons about his success and failures faster Adrian became an author. He has a passion for sharing his rocky journey to success and inspiring youth to rise above dyslexia and school struggles like he had to find success and purpose. Although Adrian lives in Plant City, FL he is often traveling sharing his knowledge with others.
