Al Rattan is a developer and EB-5 regional center owner. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sacramento State University and has more than 30 years of hands-on real estate development experience. He specializes in the construction and development of new residential communities, industrial buildings, retail shopping centers, office buildings, acute care medical centers, and senior care retirement communities. Al is the co-founder and president of an Asian investment opportunity fund known as Continental East Development (CED), which is headquartered in Murrieta, California. Currently, CED, in partnership with USA Continental Regional Center, is actively pursuing the development of senior assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities through the EB-5 visa program.
