Alena Alberani, M.A.E.E., M.A., is a bilingual Psychospiritual Life Coach and world traveler, who is passionate about helping women make the rest of their life the best of their life. She was born and raised in Canada and has lived abroad in Europe and Puerto Rico, before settling down in South Florida. She loves her imperfectly perfect family and is blessed to be the mother of two fabulous young women. Alena is an ongoing learner dedicated to self-transformation and healthy living. She is an avid practitioner of meditation, a certified yoga teacher, and a Reiki master, who shares her tools at workshops and retreats. The beach is her happy place. She finds joy in simple things, like riding her bicycle, and enjoys traveling and scuba diving with her travel buddy and life partner.
