Born in Peru and academically trained in both Mexico and the United States, Alfred has deeply studied human behavior and the emotional dynamics that shape our most important relationships. More than an author, he is a devoted husband of nearly 40 years to his beloved wife, a proud father, and a grandfather. His experience as a speaker, instructor, and team leader has allowed him to understand firsthand the emotional and cultural challenges couples face at different stages of life. He has guided hundreds of people who felt love had faded to rediscover it from its very essence, proving that emotions are manageable: they can be rebuilt, reactivated, or turned off according to our conviction and decision.
