Alida Miranda-Wolff is the author of Cultures of Belonging: Building Inclusive Organizations that Last and the CEO and the Founder of Ethos, a full-service DEIB transformation firm that aims to close the opportunity gap for underrepresented and underserved employees through its Consulting, Training, and Programs practices. Before Ethos, Alida was just one of 27 Latina women working in venture capital in the US, and one of the youngest directors nationwide in the industry. Alida is the recipient of the University of Chicago’s Early Career Achievement Award, founder of the membership organization Embolden focused on developing friendships between women, a working artist, and an amateur musician. She lives in Chicago with her husband, four rabbits, and two cats.
