Award-winning speaker, process developer, coach, teacher, and inventor Amy Demas loves to empower others with efficient and effective processes to foster improvements. She was one of the first 1000 women to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds over 55 US Patents (under the name of Amy Folk) for her process design and statistical work at Bank of America. Amy homeschooled her 3 children to award-winning levels. She holds the title of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and also has a green belt in Six Sigma. Born and raised in St. Louis, she then was transplanted to the Carolina's for most of her adult life. In her free time, she loves to hop on her Peloton (#AmyThisIs4Me) and high-five others on the leaderboard.
