© 2013 AndrePau Andre Pau, (Andrew Paul) born on Christmas Eve 1953 in Boston Spa, West Riding of Yorkshire, England. Attended Wetherby High Secondary school in the 60's and studied engineering at Harrogate Technical College. Went on to become a lover and rider of motorcycles and follow its culture to this day. A player of electric blues guitar and owner of several guitars (some of which I have lovingly crafted myself). I have written various stories but only recently thought them to be good enough to be reading material for others, so I nervously published 'The Magic of the Book' part one of a trilogy on kindle last year, hoping that this first book will encourage teenagers through to young adult readers to follow on in this exciting fantasy tale through parts two and three. I decided to split the book into three volumes, each with about 100 pages,so younger readers would be less likely to find it an intimidating first read. All books in the trilogy are available on kindle including, 'Return to Darkness' The Trilogy, is available as a single volume book for those who prefer to have the whole story and are willing to 'get stuck in'. Meanwhile here are some photos the first two are of myself with printed book covers (in a somewhat serious mood), the third is myself and fellow bike builder Colin Philpot,(in somewhat differing moods) the latter are of two recent bikes that have come out of the Back Yard Bobbers shed, the first three are of my '45' Harley bobber (ongoing, but coming along) and the remaining are Colin's (pictured here) Triumph bobber that we built and has since been finished and is ridden daily (when the english weather holds steady), lol. (last picture is of the two bikes together, in the workshop). Working ideas on 3 new short stories/dramas. The first starts in the war years 39-45 and progresses to present day and has a musical overtone.... will post soon. The second I am crafting is a short drama about a motorcycle racer, roughly based on friends who raced when I lived and worked on the Isle of Man in the 70s. The third is about a young man who finds he has cancer. He struggles with the dilemma of how to tell his wife and two children of his sickness. All three are coming along nicely but patience is great virtue so I guess we will all have to just wait a while. Will be out soon.....(grins). © 2013 AndrePau
