Andrea Murray does not consider herself a writer. She likes to think of herself as a teacher with a writing problem. Though she began writing as a kid, she didn’t become serious about it until 2010 when a group of her students inspired her to write her first real novel. Before beginning her adventures in education, she was a part-time janitor, secretary, factory worker, cashier, and waitress (but only for three days). She's been married to her high school sweetheart, Chris, for twenty plus years, and they have two children and one high-strung German Shepherd. When she's not at school, working with her Odyssey of the Mind team, or writing book reviews, she loves to read historical and paranormal romances. Besides reading, she's a television addict and devotes way too many hours to it. She is the author of The Vivid Trilogy, The Omni Duology, and Something New.
