Andrew Machota is a CPA and Executive Recruiter with over 10 years' experience networking and building relationships. He's also the Founder of New Town Connections, a social club for young professionals in the Tampa Bay area. After attending hundreds of networking events over the years, Andrew realized that the majority of people who attend these events have no formal training when it comes to networking and building relationships. How do you start a conversation? How do you exit a conversation? How do you get people to like you? Andrew has taken what he’s learned through these networking events and goes around teaching people how to network effectively. The youngest of two children, Andrew was born and raised in Rolling Prairie Indiana. He worked as a CPA in Indianapolis before moving to Florida. He met his wife Jane through New Town Connections and they enjoy helping out their church and others by teaching Finance Peace University, a finance course offered through Dave Ramsey. Andrew's passion, purpose, and calling in life is to help people learn how to network the right way and build genuine relationships. Everyone needs to be an effective communicator to truly succeed in life. Your people skills will take you to far greater heights than your resume.
