Andy is the author of The Treatment Plan, which BestThrillers.com calls, "a highly original psychological thriller that will leave readers guessing up until the final chapter. ...nothing short of enthralling." Fishermen's Court, his debut novel, won several awards, including the Pencraft Award for Literary Excellence, and garnered praise from critics and readers alike. Andy also authored the award-winning children's book, The Girl from Glocken's Glen. He is a ghostwriter and editor who has crafted over seventy books in the self-help, personal finance, spirituality/inspiration, psychology, business leadership, memoir, children’s, and humor genres. Some of these have been credited to NY Times bestselling authors, and many have been published by top houses such as Random House, BenBella, Berkley, Skyhorse, Impact, and HCI Books. In addition to his ghostwriting work, Andy has also had over twenty original motion picture screenplay options/commissions in Hollywood. His award-winning stage play Empties has had several productions. He has done scriptwriting work for a variety of entertainment companies, such as Disney, Viacom, Titanium Comics, and Blizzard Entertainment, and has written, designed, and/or produced over 25 computer/video game titles, many of which have won major industry awards. His past work as a lyricist, actor, comedian, musician, playwright, game designer, and comedy writer informs his writing in a unique way. He has a Master’s degree in professional writing from Emerson College and has taught the writing craft at several Boston area colleges and at GrubStreet. Andy grew up in New England and has returned to live there after a nine-year stint in the desert Southwest. He is happily married to Karen, an artist and psychotherapist, and has two extraordinary daughters, Phelan and Quinn.
