You are here today because I was fortunate enough to survive a near-death experience by almost drowning in the ocean while on my Kayak. Had it not been for a lone surfer who heard me yelling for help, you might not be reading this. As the waves continued to pound me under the water, I felt at peace as the air in my lungs could not be replenished. I had come to terms that it was ok to die, this was an out of body experience. It was during this time that my children's lives flashed through my mind and I realized that I was going to leave them behind. This incident started my journal on how I wanted to leave something behind for my kids to hold in their hands when I am not around in the future. Andrew has had Program Management posts with major retailers and has lead many teams. He loves thinking about life's big questions and has finally put some of his experiences into a book that can help better your life. Andrew is an avid mountain biker and lives in Pacifica, California. He takes his laptop on his bike trips and loves working from the woods. His deep dive into self-education will have you living a life with a purpose.
