Angie Taylor believes in disrupting education as we know it and not following the status quo. Angie cofounded and serves as the head of Valor Global Online, a digital learning school which has students in four countries and thirty-five states. She is also the cofounder of Valor Global Foundation, a nonprofit organization which has started brick-and-mortar schools in the US, South Korea, and the Philippines. Angie has been in education, public and private, for twenty-nine years as both a teacher and a head of school. She is a published author and a speaker on topics such as school continuous improvement, teacher development, service-learning education, and global education initiatives. Angie holds a master’s degree in education, with a specialization in technology in education from National University in San Diego, where she graduated with distinction. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in education from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Angie lives on a ranchette outside of Dallas, Texas with Adam, her husband of thirty years. They have three children: Lauren (25), Mason (22), and Eden (16).
