I am Professor Trost, Professor for Human Resource Management at the Business School of the Furtwangen University (Black Forest) in Germany. My main focus is on talent management, employer branding and social media. Previously, I was a professor at the College of Würzburg. Furthermore, at SAP I was responsible for recruiting worldwide for several years. Since 2006, I'm a trusted strategic advisor for companies of various sizes and industries focusing on HR strategy and leadership. I'm not only known as the author of numerous specialized articles and books, but also as a trend-setting speaker at well-known conferences. The leading trade magazine in Germany, HR Magazine, has named me as one of the 40 leading minds in HR once again in 2013.
