Ash Ruddy is a Christian writer, speaker, award-winning business coach, and a former Miss Vermont (Miss America 2009). Ash specialises in guiding women through personal transformation and deepening spirituality, leading to reclaimed purpose and power. Her debut book, Twenty-four + One, is a raw and powerful account of faith, miracles, and resilience, drawn from her personal journey through extreme neonatal intensive care when her son was born at just 24 weeks + 1 day of gestation. Written with honesty and depth, the book explores the tension between earthly struggles and supernatural hope, offering a deeply moving perspective on motherhood, faith, and personal transformation. Originally from Vermont’s rural Northeast Kingdom, Ash now resides in the UK with her husband and two children. In addition to writing, speaking and coaching, she is the Governor of a highly specialist school for children with complex speech and language disorders.
