Ashton McLee, a physicist and engineer by profession, was born in 1966. Even as a child he was fascinated by space travel and science fiction literature. Today, as a physicist, he investigates defects in the atomic range, but his enthusiasm for macroscopic nature in general and space in particular has remained.
