Over the past 9 years, I have helped thousands of people overcome their anxiety caused by fear of failure and judgement, so they can build their confidence and feel more empowered to live happier lives. After spending over fifteen years as a TV producer at large TV stations such as Disney Channel and Universal Channel, I dived into the world of psychology and built up my business as an Anxiety & Perfectionism Coach, BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) Accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR Therapist, NLP Practitioner, and Keynote Speaker.
