We are the Baker Family, but we see ourselves less as bakers and more like, (as the old saying goes), beggars who have found bread and want to share it with you. Rev. Dr. Hazel Partington (Mama) has joyfully served the Lord for nearly five decades of ministry. Those who have experienced her small groups have convinced her that she should share her teaching with a wider audience, so she has teamed up with her son-in-law, Jody Baker, to share her materials in book form. Hazel and her husband Dave have been married for over 55 years. They have numerous grandchildren from their many children (by birth, adoption, foster care, and others who have found a home with them at critical times in their lives.) Authors Rev. Jody Baker and his son Wes love reading and writing together. Jody has two other amazing kids too, Sage and PJ, and ta great son-in-law, Trent. Jody is married to his best friend Patti and is a pastor in Ohio where he loves serving and spreading the good news about Jesus. Wes is preparing to head off to college soon. He loves skateboarding and writing. He is living out his own amazing story every day.
