Barry Swanson is a marine naturalist, a steward of the environment and a singer-songwriter. He lives with his family in the Pacific Northwest on the beautiful Salish Sea. Barry's passion is the the family of orca know as the Southern Resident Killer Whales. This community of orca, once flourishing in the Salish Sea is now listed as an endangered species. Let's all do what we can to help save these sentient, intelligent earth residents from extinction. The orca in the two videos posted on this page are members of the Southern Resident Killer Whale clan.
