Becca Pearce is living proof that you can be chewed up, spit out, and sucker punched, only to come back stronger and hap pier. Her journey has taught her the value of vulnerability, the importance of optimism, and the imperative to find the life you want to live now. After a twenty-year career in health insurance, culminating in a role as the CEO of the state entity implementing the Affordable Care Act, a series of life-altering events knocked Becca off her feet, leading her to question her identity and rethink her purpose in life. She left the corporate world to start Extend Coaching & Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping successful leaders find their own personal meaning so they can live the life they dream about. People who work directly with Becca make significant, long-lasting, and meaningful changes that make them happier, more fulfilled, more satisfied with their lives, and more successful, effective leaders. Becca’s mission is to significantly impact the lives of the people she coaches and to touch 10,000 people with one nugget of information that changes the way they think. Becca holds a cultural anthropology degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. She is certified as both an executive coach and an exit planning advisor. Becca was named a 2019 Woman of Influence by I95 Business magazine and a Strathmore’s Who’s Who in 2023. Becca is an avid runner and an unapologetic introvert. After a weekend run, you can find her either on her boat with her family or doing a jigsaw puzzle. She currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland, with her husband, Ed, daughter, Elaina, and constant companion and best work friend, Nia.
