In 1998 Ben Hunt Davis, MBE, was part of an underachieving GB rowing eight who consistently finished 7th or 8th. In 2000, he was an Olympic gold medalist. The change? A clear and compelling ‘Crazy Goal’ and a challenging mindset driven entirely by the question “will it make the boat go faster?”. After retiring from professional sport Ben realised the power of the lessons behind his story and began to share it first as a keynote speaker.
