Benny Lee, the author from Vancouver Canada, used to have diabetes, cancer and arthritis. About 12 years ago, he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, colorectal cancer and osteoarthritis. Doctor told him there’re no cure for such diseases, and it didn’t help that his mother, uncle and aunt all had type 2 diabetes and his father had the same cancer. Up to his late 40s, Benny was weak and easily got sick, but now he is very fit and strong, free from diseases (without taking doctor’s medication), slimmer (BTW, he doesn’t fast nor on keto) and looks younger than his age, with more energy and better mind clarity. When Benny was on doctor’s prescribed diabetic medications, he also suffered many negative side effects, ie bloated stomach and diarrhea (which led his doctor to diagnose him with lactose intolerance and prescribed him with more medications). Benny also had 2 colorectal cancer operations. Consequently, Benny was determined to find alternative and natural solutions to reverse his illnesses and improve his health, by educating himself, doing a lot of studies and experiments, and realized/found out the following: 1. that all of his problems were the results of what he had been ingesting or what he had been putting into his mouth, ie food, medication, etc, that the chronic and hereditary diseases that he was diagnosed with, are actually dietary diseases, 2. while medications and operations mostly just treat the symptoms but not the causes of the problems, at the same time also gave him many negative side effects, leading to new diagnoses and more medications, 3. what are the real causes for type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer, and that there are cures for his problems naturally without medication/operation, by changing his diets and watching what he puts into his mouth. Benny also learnt a lot from his failures/successes in business/ life/relationship. He has an Engineering, MBA and Law background, enjoys cooking, has travelled to more than 60 countries around the world, and fluent in 6 different languages. Benny is also a serial entrepreneur, he invented HoliDrink/Holipop (the all natural healthy spicy drink/ice-pop). Running 3 businesses, he had no time to do exercise, but with a change of diet to eating mostly real plant based food, he was able to reverse diabetes, heal from cancer and free from arthritis, all within 6 months.
