Bill O’Rourke is a notable authority on ethical behavior worldwide. He is an Ethics Fellow at the Wheatley Institution at Brigham Young University where he serves on the Ethics Advisory Board, and is a frequent lecturer and classroom instructor on ethics at dozens of universities and companies in the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He serves on the Ethics Advisory Board of the Healthcare Group Purchasing Initiative in Washington, D.C., and on the Board of Directors at John Carroll University and Sustainable Pittsburgh. He is Senior Advisor to Value Capture LLC, a leadership and ethics consulting firm led by Paul O’Neill, former Secretary of the US Treasury and CEO of Alcoa. Among other notable milestones in his career, Bill held a number of executive positions in his career at Alcoa including President of Alcoa-Russia, Vice President of Global Business Services, CIO, Patent Counsel and Corporate Auditor , and Executive Director of The Beard Institute at Duquesne University’s School of Business .
