Bill Phillips is the Vice President/Editor-in-Chief of Men's Health, the largest men's magazine brand in the world. In his role, Phillips oversees multiple editorial platforms including print, digital, social, radio, TV, and branded books.

Phillips joined Men's Health in 2003, first serving as Executive Editor and then Editor of MensHealth.com, where he quadrupled traffic in 18 months. His 2005 magazine feature, "Hunting My Father's Killer," was a National Magazine Award finalist in the Personal Service category.

In 2015, under his leadership, Men's Health was awarded the National Magazine Award for General Excellence, the industry's highest honor.
