I have been selling for over 30 years. Fifteen years ago, after the first 15 years of “selling like all my competitors,” I had an epiphany that forever changed my life. I learned that to reap the greatest rewards from selling, I must help my customers achieve their ultimate goal—greater profitability. And when I did this, I achieved success beyond my wildest dreams. I wrote my book Profit Heroes, and launched PCS Strategies, to help companies build profit-centered sales teams dedicated to winning at the Top, winning deals with the ultimate power of profit impact. I’ve got two grown awesome kids, an awesome wife, along with my English Bulldog Eleanor (Ellie); we live in the Chicago area. I love to ride my bike (non-motorized) and my Harley (very motorized) during my free time.
