Boz Mugabe is a visual artist living and working in Dublin city. His work is academically unschooled - born out of scrawling habits of a lifetime and a background in questionable underground publishing. He has exhibited extensively around the bohereens and drumlins of his native country and spent a decade masquerading as an editorial cartoonist and illustrator for several prominent news publications before being banished to the Poddle caverns for insubordination. In November 2014, DIVINE TURBULENCE, his first major anthology of work, was published. SGRUNTLE INVASION is his first book for kids. It was created in 2003 but wrapped in bin liners and thrown into a bog to protect it from rampaging hordes of Fnud from the west. It was rediscovered in 2021. In a former life, Boz worked rapidly by candlelight on illicit and heretical codices, narrowly avoiding much-deserved execution. www.bozgallery.com
