For over 17 years, he’s helped teams, entrepreneurs, and growth-minded individuals break through fear and build real confidence by getting uncomfortable on purpose. He’s known for his no-fluff, practical approach that actually moves people forward. Brett also hosts the Win Where It Matters Retreats, focused on helping people align ambition with what matters most—health, wealth, relationships, and fulfillment. He’s completed a solo weighted-vest marathon, rock-climbed Mt. Washington, hiked the elevation equivalent of Everest, and does 911 burpees annually to honor 9/11 victims.
