Brian Gabriel Canever is an Argentine–New Jerseyan storyteller living and working in Knoxville, Tennessee. Since 2021, he has published the newsletter "Storytime with Big Head" on Substack. In 2023, Canever published his first book, "Big Head on the Block," a collection of 15 original stories about daydreams, growing up, heroes, and failed adventures past and present. He followed it up with "Paddlehands," the epic true story of his rivalry with the greatest Ping-Pong player alive, in 2025.
