Bryan Wayne Dull writes books, which, if you really knew him, makes perfect sense as that’s all he has done since sixth grade; spinning a yarn at a moment’s notice. He is best known for writing horror and suspense stories with his first novel, Solstice, being his first experiment into publishing; it was a bet to do it, by the way. In 2016, he tried his hand at something different and published a personal story, Pill Hill, and the award winning, Small Hearts. He lives in Fort Wayne, IN with his wife and daughter, and plans on writing more stories that have something to say in this strange world that we live in. His first novel, "Solstice" is a vampire book inspired by his daughter and noir literature. Shortly afterwards, the sequel to Solstice, "Equinox" was released. After a few short stories published on Amazon independently, Bryan decided that he needed to move away from the horror and work on a story that was more personal, and in that time Pill Hill was written. Pill Hill reached out to an untapped audience and focused on mental health issues which is rare for any author to tackle head on. He decided to tell another personal story later with the paranormal novel, "Small Hearts, which has earned him many accolades. In 2019, Dull begun writing the end of the Solstice series with a third entry, tentatively called "Ecliptic", and the fourth, "Celestial", to complete the saga Born in Anderson, IN, Bryan has also lived in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina (where "Solstice" is based). Being a lover of all things art and pop culture "nerdism"; his interests lie in film, television, comics, games, anime, and books. For a short while, Bryan dabbled in voice acting work only to shift his focus to his family and writing. His favorite authors include Chuck Palahniuk, Robert Kirkman, Clive Barker, Ernest Cline, and Neil Gaiman.
