CJ DuBe’ has always been an entrepreneur. With more than twenty-five years of experience, CJ knows a lot about business and people. Not following a traditional path, CJ has worked in a variety of capacities, from managing a sales team for a large international company to serving as Director of Operations & HR for a facilities management firm. In 2006, along with two other talented entrepreneurs, CJ launched a Human Resources consulting firm. After selling it, CJ went looking for her next entrepreneurial venture and was introduced to Gino Wickman’s book Traction®. Seeing the benefits of companies implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), CJ found her next obsession. Since 2010, helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams has become CJ’s passion. She has helped over 130 companies, through more than 1,700 sessions, clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. A multi-award-winning entrepreneur, including the prestigious “Woman of the Year” in 2019, CJ is also a sought-after speaker—spreading the word of EOS and helping companies and leadership teams get better at three things: VISION, TRACTION®, and HEALTHY. Now an Expert EOS Implementer™, CJ has spent the last twelve years working with and helping to grow the EOS Worldwide community. She was a member of the leadership team for six years and served as the Global Community Leader for EOS Worldwide. CJ continues to serve as a Community Leader, teaching Boot Camp and facilitating Quarterly Collaborative Exchanges for all EOS Implementers™ CJ is a Minnesota native who splits her time between the Twin Cities and Arizona. A mother of seven and a grandmother of twelve, CJ is family-oriented and lives life full circle.
