Caitlin Huxley is an expert campaign strategist, certified project manager, and history buff with a passion for empowering new candidates to overcome challenges and achieve success in their campaigns. Before founding Huxley Strategies and developing the Campaign Managers Toolbox, Caitlin served as Data Director and Strategic Consultant for the Illinois State House Republican Organization and the Illinois Opportunity Project. Together, they successfully rebuilt party infrastructure, elected Republicans to the state legislature, and defeated a liberal tax amendment. Today, Huxley Strategies trains, develops, and equips candidates and organizations with data-driven strategies to navigate the political landscape and achieve their goals.
