Before founding Pacific Capital, he spent 9 years at Merrill Lynch, where he ranked in the top 2 percent of over 16,000 Financial Advisors nationally. In addition to serving the family office clients of Pacific Capital, Chad also manages the 650 million dollar investment portfolio as the elected City Treasurer in his community.
