Charlie Garrick is an author from Birmingham, UK. He has been suffering from depression and anxiety for the majority of his life, and his debut release, Depression: I Don't Understand is a personal memoir of Charlie's life, and explores how depression has taken hold of it. It's an inspiring, courageous and uplifting book in many ways, but it is also very honest and Charlie doesn't spare any details when writing about the seriousness of his illness. Charlie is planning a UK tour to promote his book and to speak openly and honestly about depression to anybody who cares to listen. He hopes that his work will slowly help people to understand what life with depression is like, as he will try and help people's lives for the better.
