Chelsea grew up having a rather normal life, fitting in with friends, and was active in sports and music organizations. By the time late middle school rolled around for her, everything changed. It was unexplainable, but this once extravert quickly turned into an introvert. Spending most of her high school years being her own worst enemy. There is so much she wishes she would have known looking back on the situation. Chelsea now, at age 20, has a heart for giving to others and believes this is part of the reason she is here on this earth. Through her first book she proves that knowledge is useless if it is not shared. She shares her secret strategy for building self-esteem and confidence. Chelsea now is a Dean’s list student of Marshall University’s English Education department and doesn’t let the burdens of low self-esteem hold her back from anything like she did in her teen years. She gains her wisdom of how to defeat low self-esteem and maintain a healthy mindset through experience. She went through the same situations as many others that struggle with confidence and the memories are still fresh. Imperfectly Perfect teaches readers how to stop beating yourself up, ways to increase your overall well-being, and how to put an end to bad habits and form good ones. Chelsea gives readers the power of authority over thoughts in ways most people never think about. This book shows you to put value on what is inside, improve eating habits, exercise, moving the focus from yourself to others, and importance on spiritual health. Chelsea is living proof that this process works. She gives readers the key to unlock their full potential.
