She often imagines she’s wearing fashionable vintage dresses and large hats with feathers. But then her cell phone dings with a message from one of her three children and brings her back to the twenty-first century with a smile. Now settled in Southeast Texas, she spends her time traveling with her husband, rooting for her favorite football team, chasing after her ever-growing brood of grandchildren, and crafting her next "happily ever after."
