Chris Ewing is an experienced management consultant and educator working in leadership consulting and higher education. Chris is a former Active Duty Air Force Officer with a specialty in Space and Missile Operations where he held various operational, instructional, and leadership positions from 2004-2012. He is the COO of Paradigm Leaders, LLC, a Florida-based SDVOSB that designs and delivers leadership development and management curriculum via a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). He has been a regional director at Kaiser Permanente, an engagement center director at Duke Health and Advent Health Medical Group and director of client advocacy at Morgan and Morgan. Additionally, Chris has been the Director of the Masters of Science in Human Resource Management program and is currently an Associate Professor at Touro University Worldwide and an adjunct professor at various other universities. His academic background includes a BA in English from Saint Louis University, MA in Adult Education from Central Michigan in Education, a PhD from Capella University in Educational Psychology, a Certificate from Cornell University in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Juran Global.
