However, after making changes to my own leadership, I was able to lead my team and support my peers through significant organizational challenges and deliver winning results, all while making it home in time to coach little league and have dinner with the family. Now, I teach, mentor, and coach leaders around the globe with the same principles that have helped my leadership through the years and been the foundation of building a successful, high-impact consulting practice.
