Christa Craven is Dean for Faculty Development at the College of Wooster, where she also teaches in Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies (WGSS) and Anthropology. Her most recent release is Reproductive Losses: Challenges to LGBTQ Family-Making. She is coauthor of Feminist Ethnography and coeditor of Feminist Activist Ethnography with Dána-Ain Davis. She is also the author of Pushing for Midwives: Homebirth Mothers and the Reproductive Rights Movement and articles on midwifery and reproductive rights activism in Citizens for Midwifery News, American Anthropologist, Medical Anthropology Quarterly, Feminist Studies and Feminist Formations. She lives in Wooster, OH with her partner and their twins.
