Hello to all who have read or are interested in my work. I started my working life pursuing entrepreneurial goals and setting up a variety of commercial ventures. From my earliest days, I discovered a love for language, finding an outlet in copywriting for business, and developing marketing communication techniques. Writing books is fulfilling a lifelong ambition which has become a passion and a creative labour of love. My genre is human drama fiction set against real-life events. I carry out extensive research into the background of my novels to both add authenticity, and explore areas where I can create additional historical perspective or conjecture. I like to delve into the motivation behind actions taken by characters featured in my novels and to develop deep characterisation in order to give depth to the drama. Understanding the nature of relationships, and how emotion, weaknesses, desires, and aspirations impact on behaviour are key hallmarks of my narratives set against authentic historical or contemporary events and background My debut novel, 'The Covenant" is a book which questions the essence of love when faced with the demands of life. Can the road to success ever be woth the price it exacts. A story of love, conflict and corruption spanning fifty years. This was followed by 'The Barbarossa Secret', an epic human drama exposing one of the greatest cover-ups of the Second World War. Wartime secrets are exposed with staggering implications for present day institutions, government.and even royalty. My third novel, 'Fission' is a fast-paced political and espionage thriller following the real-life race to obtain nuclear weapons, and prevent others from doing so, with roots in Nazi Germany. This sets in motion a dangerous espionage war and links to one of the most tragic, high profile, assassinations of the 20th century - Out of tragedy was born tragedy. I am working on my next novel, 'Bullion' which exposes a staggering international scandal involving major global financial institutions. Their complicity in wartime money laundering is linked to the disappearance of a huge cache of looted Nazi gold in 1945.. As an author, I hope that readers find my books both compelling and enjoyable; it is a privilege to share my work with you.
