I have been writing for many years, and as my computer began to bulge at the seams, I decided to give a few of my novels an airing. 'Willows Rewilded' is the first to be published. It is a lighthearted view, sometimes zany, of a rewilding project as seen by those for whom it has been imposed upon. Just published, 'Des Buckley's Braces Are Missing.' An introduction to a new investigative pair- Les & Joyce Pinchen, the former a gaffe-prone village police constable, the latter, his astute wife. Set in 1963, Scandal comes to the sleepy village of Orton Magna with hair-raising and amusing consequences. Next year, 'Fugue: The Flight of Celia Fane' will be published. The novel follows the life and love of Celia Fane and her maidservant as they flee from a murder they were involved in, but were not responsible for. Two lives turned upside down by the madness of a single day.
