Conway Fraser has been a professional communicator and storyteller for three decades. His first twenty years were spent in the media where he was a Gemini Award-winning investigative journalist and Senior Producer with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Since 2009, Conway has been helping companies and corporate leaders tell their stories effectively and persuasively through the company he founded, Fraser Torosay. He is also co-author of the Amazon bestseller "Leaders Under Fire: The CEO's Survival Guide to Navigating Corporate Crisis". Conway grew up in northern Ontario, Canada, the son of Newfoundlander parents and a dad who raised a family by working thousands of feet underground in the wet, dark nickel mines of Sudbury. Conway is proud of that gritty upbringing and what it taught him about work ethic, responsibility, tenacity, and simply getting the job done. These days, Conway is based in the Waterloo Region, a tech hub community just outside Toronto. He works for and mentors a number of tech companies. He is actively involved in several charities and non-profits.
