D. R. Nguyen has written three screenplays and published two poetry books “Dark Days Lonely Nights” and “The Light After The Darkness.” His short film “Trapped” won best narrative short film at the Golden Eagle Film Festival and debuted at the L.A. Short Fest Film Festival. He’s also won awards for his short screenplay “Reflection” which he later rewrote as “Sin.” Which he included in his short story book “The Lost Collection” including “Trapped” as well. He received his bachelor degree in Television and Film from California State University of Los Angeles. He’s a marathon runner completing the L.A. Marathon.
