Dalton Acosta is a child of the 90s, growing up during the animation renascence that was the golden age of Saturday morning cartoons. A lover of fiction and interconnected stories, Dalton never enjoyed reading or writing while he was in school and instead absorbed most of his story telling style from anime and video games. A life long janitor, Dalton never attended any college or worked in any field that would have required him to sit at a desk and compose. His first book, Amara's story came about purely by accident in the fall of 2020 when the boredom of the lock down got to great. "I got to do something with all this time on my hands," he said one night. Over a year later his labors bore fruit and the world of Amara's story was born.
