His career began in special education and evolved into leadership roles with Parents Anonymous, the Justice for Children Collaboration, and the National Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse. For over 30 years, he was a senior trainer with Landmark Worldwide, transforming the lives of hundreds of thousands worldwide. David’s personal journey—from a fundamentalist Christian upbringing in a violent home, through marriage and fatherhood, to becoming a proud gay man and early LGBTQ+ advocate—deeply informs his message of love, freedom, and grace. After his tenure as a global transformational leader, he has now developed and is leading his own body of work—blending transformation, performance, love, and spirituality.
