Dave’s fascination with real estate began in 1997 after first being introduced to the field while actively selling his first home. He became a Realtor® in 1998 and received his broker’s license in 2008. Licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania he has sold hundreds of homes and continues to prosper as a Realtor® and real estate investor. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware. He has held many leadership positions in the industry including, Treasurer of the New Castle County Board of Realtors®, (NCCBOR). Executive Committee Member, NCCBOR. Member of the Board of Directors, Delaware Association of Realtors®, (DAR). Member of the Professional Standards Committee, NCCBOR. In his spare time, he’s managed to achieve the Distinguished Toastmaster Award (DTM public speaking) with Toastmasters International and has served in various leadership roles within the organization. He has graciously volunteered his efforts with various organizations including, The DuPont Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and Meals on Wheels. He currently serves as a Worship Associate at his local church.
